The deadline for applications is December 31st, the year prior to start date. The Residency begins on the first week of July each year with a program length of 12 months. Requirements for acceptance into Desert Regional Medical Center's Residency Program include the following but not limited to:
The applicant must be a graduate from an accredited school or college of pharmacy
The applicant must possess or will possess a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree by start of program date
The applicant must possess a California intern license prior to employment
The applicant must have a California pharmacy license within 90 days of starting the program
The applicant must complete residency application through PhORCAS
The applicant must apply for Pharmacy Resident position posted online at www.desertcarenetwork.com prior to start date
The applicant must successful complete of all pre-employment requirements as defined by Human Resources (i.e., background check, drug screening, vaccination status, etc)
